The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Deconcreting The Existing Paved Area Next To The City Hall Building, Which Will Contribute To Increasing The Green Area As Part Of The Investment Task. This Work Is Part Of The European Green Deal. 2. Deconcreting Of The Existing Paved Surface Will Consist In Demolition Works And Hardening Of The Area As Construction Or Leveling Of Structural Layers Of The Substructure And Surface Using Hypertrophic Grids With Grass, Prefabricated Linear Concrete Elements With Grass, Paving Stones, Eco Paving Stones (So-Called Ecological Paving Stones With Wide Joints) And Green Area, Including: 1) Preparatory, Demolition And Dismantling Works - Related To Grubbing Up Tree Trunks, Demolition Of The Square Surface, Entrances, Walkways And Existing Substructures, Edges, Curbs Together With Cement And Sand Bedding, Dismantling Of A Concrete Footing With Resistance, Disassembly And Reassembly Of The Existing Bicycle Rack, Concrete Flower Pot And Evacuation Meeting Point Sign, Earthworks Related To The Construction Of A Trough, Profiling Of The Existing Substructure After Demolition Works, Loading And Removal Of Rubble And Other Demolition Elements Along With Disposal Costs, 2) Hardening The Area Using, Among Others, Permeable Surfaces, As Well As Accessibility Surfaces And Grass Surfaces, 3) Drainage Of The Area, 4) Protective Pipes, Protection Of Utilities Of Existing Network Operators Located Within The Investment In Accordance With The Recommendations Of Industry Supervision, 5) Replacement Of Garage Doors With Electric Doors (Due To The Change In The Terrain Profile Within Them), Gates Made As Anthracite-Colored Sectional Doors, Opened Automatically With A Locking System, 6) Reconstruction Green Areas In The Event Of Their Destruction During The Works, 7) Accompanying Works Related To The Height Adjustment Of The Street Inlet, Sewer Manholes And The Vertical Adjustment Of Manholes. 3. The Contractor Will Develop And Implement Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works And Will Restore The Original Traffic Organization. 4. The Detailed Scope Of Works Was Specified In The Design Documentation, Including Figure 2.2. Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz And In The Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, As Well As In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract.
