Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of A Draft Local Spatial Development Plan For The City Of Dąbrowa Górnicza For The Zielona-Korzeniec-Dziewiąty Estate - Part A

1. The Subject Of The Order Is Preparation Of A Draft Local Development Plan For The City Of Dąbrowa Górnicza For The Zielona-Korzeniec-Nziewiąty Housing Estate - Part A (Based On The Initiating Resolution No. Xix/307/2025 Of The City Council In Dąbrowa Górnicza Of November 26, 2025), On The Terms And Within The Deadlines Specified In The Provisions Of The Contract And In The Annexes To The Proposed Provisions Contract: Draft Contract - Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract; Work Schedule - Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Agreement; Guidelines For The Local Spatial Development Plan In The Field Of Vector And Raster Data Formats - Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Agreement; Contract For Entrusting The Processing Of Personal Data - In Accordance With The Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Agreement; Offer Form, In Accordance With The Template Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Terms And Conditions Orders.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Prepared In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical And Urban Planning Knowledge, Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular: 1) The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development, Hereinafter Referred To As The Act.2) The Act Of June 9, 2011, Geological And Mining Law;3) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 17, 2021 On The Required Scope Of The Project Local Spatial Development Plan; 4) Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information About The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments;5) Other Provisions Arising From Relevant Legal Acts Relating To The Subject Of The Order, Including: Regarding Environmental Protection, Protection Of Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads.3. The Form Of Development, Method Of Execution And Scope Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract Along With Its Annexes.4. Upon Submission Of The Work (I.E. All Required Studies Performed Under The Order) And As Part Of The Remuneration For The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Transfer To The Ordering Party The Copyrights To The Work, In Full And Exclusively, As Well As The Ownership Of The Media On Which The Work Was Recorded And Transferred To The Ordering Party. The Transfer Of Rights Will Not Be Limited In Time Or Territory. 5. Required Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract - 36 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order By The Ordering Party In Its Final Form, And In The Event Of Failure To Accept The Subject Of The Order In Its Final Form, From The Date Of Termination Of The Contract.
