The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Comprehensive Energy Modernization Of The Commune Office In Popielów, As Part Of The Project Comprehensive Energy Modernization Of Public Buildings In The Popielów Commune, Łubniany Commune And Murów Commune. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: Construction And Installation Works, Including: Thermal Insulation Of External Walls, Replacement Of Window Frames, Improvement Of The Efficiency Of The Central Heating System By Installing Two Heat Pumps, Replacement Of The Lighting System With Energy-Saving Led Luminaires, Installation Of Photovoltaic Cells And Construction Of A Green Roof. Performing Measurements, Based On Which The Device And/Or Systems For Compensating Reactive Power From The Power Grid Should Be Selected, Delivered And Installed.
