The Subject Of The Order Is Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Primary School In Mielęcin - Stage Ii The Subject Of The Order Includes The Second Stage Of Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Primary School In Mielęcin, Located On Plot No. 47, Mielęcin District. The Building In Question Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Of The West Pomeranian Voivodeship Under Number A - 296 By Decision Of December 22, 2006 And Is Subject To Conservation Protection In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 23, 2003 On The Protection And Care Of Monuments.2. The Order Includes: Stage Ii Including: 1) Replacement Of Window Joinery 2) Insulation And Insulation Of: Foundation Walls, Attic Ceilings, External Ceiling Over The Entrance Portico And Eastern Porch. 3) All External, Interior Brick Walls, Chimneys In Contact With The Ground Should Be Protected Against Capillary Water Pulling. Method Of Protection: Horizontal Blockade Based On Microemulsion, Made Using The Pressure Injection Method. The Diameter, Location Of The Holes, And The Angle Of Drilling (From 0 To 30°) Must Result From The Technological Recommendations Of The Adopted System. The Selection Of The Injection Technology Should Be Preceded By Measuring The Humidity Of The Walls. 2.1.
