The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Investment Project Entitled: Reconstruction Of A Multi-Purpose Sports Field With An Artificial Grass Surface, Including The Replacement Of Bicycle Racks. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: - Preparatory Works, - Sports And Recreational Equipment, - Football Pitch: Artificial Grass.3. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Constituting Annex 5.4. Any Manufacturers Own Names Or Names Of Specific Brands Or Products Used In The Tender Documentation Do Not Mean The Obligation To Use Them, And The Ordering Party Allows In Each Case The Use Of Equivalent Materials Or Products, I.E. Materials Or Products With Properties Not Worse Than Those Indicated.5. In The Case Of Equivalent Solutions Offered By The Contractor In Accordance With Art. 30 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Materials And Products Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
