1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution By The Contractor Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Playground For Children On Plots No. 1130 And 1131 In Sękowa.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Implementation Divided Into 2 Stages: 1) Stage I: Construction Of A Playground For A Nursery, Including The Delivery And Installation Of Devices Marked In The Land Development Design (Appendix No. 1 To The Contract) With Numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (Play Set, Swing Swing, Single Rocker, Table, Information Board) Along With The Construction Of Safety Zones And Construction Of A Fence.2) Stage Ii: Construction Playground For A Kindergarten, Including The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment Marked In The Land Development Design (Appendix No. 1 To The Contract) With Numbers 6,7,8 (Weight Swing, Carousel, Climbing) Along With The Implementation Of Safety Zones And Works Within The Existing Shelter.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Documentation: 1) Land Development Design With Errata - Annex No. 1 To The Swz,2) Annex To The Notification - Land Development Design - Annex No. 2 To The Swz,3) Certificate Of The Starosta Of Gorlice On No Objection To The Implementation Of The Works - Annex No. 3 To The Swz,4) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 4 To The Swz.4. The Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 5 To The Swz, Is An Auxiliary Element Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which, Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration, Will Not Constitute The Basis For Settlements Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor.
