The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of 15 Final Eviction Judgments Without The Right To A Social Flat (Including Final Eviction Judgments Without The Right To A Social Flat Issued Against The Same Person) From Indicated Residential Premises Included In The Housing Stock Of The City Of Gorzów Wielkopolski. Providing A Service Consisting In Carrying Out, In Cooperation With The Court Bailiff, Actual Activities Aimed At Emptying Selected Residential Premises Administered By The Housing Management Company In Gorzów Wielkopolski From Persons And Their Property To Temporary Premises Secured At The Contractors Expense, In Order To Execute The Eviction Judgment. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Contractor Are Included In The Draft Contract. The List Of Premises And People Living In Them Who Have Been Issued Eviction Judgments Without Granting Rights To Social Housing, Together With Data Regarding The Premises, Will Constitute An Annex To The Contract And Will Be Provided To The Contractor After Signing It. The Ordering Party Informs That This Procedure Covers Activities Related To 15 Premises, And The Number Of People Living In Each Premises To Be Evicted Is At Least One Person.
