The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale And Delivery Of Office Supplies In The Quantity And Range Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting An Annex To The Swz. The Delivered Office Materials Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects And Third-Party Rights, Meet All The Features Specified In The Opz And Have Appropriate Approvals Or Certificates Regarding Safety And Admission To Commercial Circulation, If Required By The Relevant Legal Provisions. The Contractor Is Obliged To Sell And Deliver The Ordered Items To The Office Supplies Warehouse Of The Provincial Police Headquarters In Opole Located At Ul. Oleska 95, At Its Own Expense And Within The Time Specified By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request That The Contractor Provide Copies Of Product Safety Data Sheets Certified To Be True Copies Of The Originals During The Delivery Of Office Supplies.
