Maczka And The Wastewater Treatment Plant In Kowale, Managed By Zakład Gospodarki Komunlnej Sp. Z O. O. In Oborniki Śląskie.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Transport Of Waste Using Vehicles Adapted To Transport Waste In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Road Transport Act And In A Manner That Does Not Pollute The Routes, As Well As The Recovery Or Disposal Of Waste By The Contractor In An Installation With Valid Permits And Decisions.5. Estimated Amount Of Waste: • Sewage Sludge - Approximately 1,265 Mg 6. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Above-Mentioned. The Amounts Of Waste Should Be Treated As Estimates, The Final Amount Of Waste To Be Collected And Managed Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party In This Respect.7. Collection Conditions: • Sewage Sludge Will Be Collected From The Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant In Oborniki Śląskie, Ul. Grunwaldzka 41, From The Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant In Oborniki Śląskie, Ul. Gen. S. Maczka And The Sewage Treatment Plant In Kowale, From Monday To Friday From 6:00 A.M. To 9:00 A.M. • The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Containers On The Basis Of Full Collection - Empty Collection. • The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Sewage Sludge Within A Time Consistent With The Collection Response Time (Response Time To Intervention), Which The Contractor Declares For Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To This Swz. • Waste Is To Be Collected And Transported Using Open Containers Provided By The Contractor. Ko 18 Sewage Sludge Container With Maximum Dimensions (Length X Width X Height): 6500X2300x1200. The Container Intended For The Collection And Transport Of Sludge Should Be Protected Against The Release Of Sludge When Loading The Container Onto A Truck.• The Ordering Party Is Responsible For Loading.• Confirmation Of Receipt Of The Waste Referred To Above Will Be Made Each Time On The Basis Of The Waste Transfer Card Confirming The Acceptance Of Waste To The Installation Used For Waste Recovery Or Neutralization. Confirmation Of Acceptance Of The Waste In Question Will Be Made In Accordance With Applicable Law And Registration With Bdo.
