Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance, Repair And Breakdown Services For Handling Equipment, I.E. Lifts (Passenger And Goods) And Lifting Equipment At The National Theater In Warsaw

1) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Swz: Annex No. 1 - List Of Passenger And Goods Lifts, Annex No. 2 - List Of Lifting Devices, Annex No. 3 - List Of Basic Maintenance Activities Performed On Cranes And Lifting Devices, Annex No. 4 - List Of Small Parts And Components Of Lifts Replaced At The Contractors Expense During Maintenance And Repairs. 2) Due To Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of An Offer After The Contractor Has Visited The Site In Order To Familiarize Himself With The Scope Of Work.3) The Site Visit By Each Contractor Who Submits His Offer Is A Mandatory Condition For Participation In The Procedure. The Offer Of A Contractor Who Does Not Complete The Mandatory On-Site Visit Will Be Rejected - In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law.4) The Date Of The On-Site Visit Must Be Notified And Agreed Upon With The Ordering Party. Contractors Who Want To Take Part In The On-Site Visit Are Obliged To Send A Notification In This Matter Using The Means Of Electronic Communication Indicated In Point 10.1.1 Of The Swz.5) The Subject Of The Contract Has Not Been Divided Into Parts. Dividing The Contract Into Lots Would Result In Excessive Technical Difficulties And Additional Costs Of Contract Execution. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Order Could Jeopardize Its Proper Execution.
