The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Delivery Including The Purchase And Provision Of Gas Fuel Distribution Services In The Form Of Natural Gas For The Vocational And Continuing Education Center In Nowa Wieś. The Total Amount Of Gas Fuel That Will Be Delivered During The Contract Period To The Consumption Points (Main Building Id 8018590365500019238727, Dormitory Building Id 8018590365500019283697 And Teaching Building Id 8018590365500065086815) Is Estimated At 803 965 Kwh. The Above Gas Volume Value Is An Estimate And May Change. The List Of Collection Points Is Included In Annex 5 To The Swz. In The Event Of A Difference Between Planned And Actual Consumption, The Contractor Will Not Pursue Financial Claims Other Than Those Resulting From The Amount Of Gas Consumed And The Transmission Service In Accordance With The Applicable Tariff Of The Distribution System Operator.1. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Course And Timely Execution Of The Order.2. The Contractor Should Have A Current Contract With The Distribution System Operator (Unless He Is An Operator Himself), Operating On The Ordering Partys Premises And Enabling The Sale Of Gaseous Fuel Via The Distribution Network To Consumption Points.
