The Delivery Is To Include Devices, Fixtures And Fittings That Are Not The Subject Of Exhibition, Unused, Coming From Current Production (Produced No Earlier Than 2025). The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach The Required Instructions In Polish To The Delivered Subject Of The Order.2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Brand New, Free From Technical And Legal Defects, Of Good Quality, Approved For Trading, Packed In The Original Packaging For A Given Product, Equipped With Labels Identifying The Given Product, Specifying Its Technical, Quality, Functional And Operational Parameters.3.
