In Part I - Miscellaneous Food Products, The Ordering Party Requires That: A) The Delivered Food Products Are Of High Quality And Have The Maximum Expiration Date For A Given Product, B) The Food Products Are Delivered In Retail Packaging, C) Each Article Is Marked In Polish And Contains At Least: The Name Under Which It Was Placed On The Market, The Name Of The Manufacturer, The Quantity Of The Product In The Package, The Date Of Production, The Expiry Date, Storage Conditions, D) The Packaging Of The Articles - Glass Jars, Paper Bags, Cartons, Plastic Bags Were Marked With A Label Containing Reliable Information About The Product, Were Clean, Without Signs Of Moisture, Mold Or The Presence Of Pests, Whole And Tight, E) The Taste And Smell Of The Offered Products Were Characteristic Of A Given Food Item, Without Any Foreign Aftertaste Or Odors, F) Transport Conditions Were In Line With The Gmp/Ghp Principles. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Was Specified In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Offer Form.
