B) On His Own And At His Own Expense, Including The Cost Of Delivery Insurance, C) During The Ordering Partys Office Hours; 2) Delivery Of The Equipment Together With: 1) Warranty Cards, Operating Instructions And Other Documents Necessary To Take Over The Equipment For Use And Register The Trailer, 2) With All Accessories Constituting The Sales Set; 3) Delivery Of The Equipment To The Garage Indicated By The Ordering Partys Representative. 4) Notifying The Ordering Partys Representative Of The Planned Date Of Delivery Of The Equipment, No Later Than 3 Days Before This Date; 5) Agreeing With The Ordering Partys Representative On The Equipment Delivery Date, If The Ordering Partys Representative Submits Any Comments Regarding The Date Proposed By The Contractor In Accordance With Point 4 Above;6) Conducting Training In The Operation And Configuration Of The Purchased Devices.7) Preparing An Acceptance Protocol, Constituting The Basis For The Acceptance;8) Cooperation With The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Contract, And In Particular Providing All Necessary Explanations And Information Regarding The Subject Of The Contract At Each Request Of The Ordering Party Or A Person Indicated By The Ordering Party.
