Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Equipment For Performing Colonoscopy Tests

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff In The Operation And Maintenance Of 2 Pieces Of Brand New Video Colonoscopes, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of Order And Annex No. 2 - Required Technical Parameters.2. The Video Colonoscopes Offered By The Contractor Must: 1) Have Valid Documents Authorizing The Product To Be Placed On The Market And Used In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 974, As Amended) And Other Applicable Legal Provisions, 2) Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Specification Of Terms Of Order, In Particular The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 2 - Required Technical Parameters,3) Be Brand New, Unused, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Not Regenerated, Not Reconditioned, Not From Exhibitions Or Demonstration Presentations,4) Be Produced No Earlier Than In The Year Preceding The Year Of Delivery,5) Have A Manufacturers Warranty For A Period Not Shorter Than Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz,6) Meet The Applicable Quality, Technical And Safety Standards Resulting From Their Intended Use,7) Be Free From Material, Construction, Physical And Legal Defects,8) Not Be Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties,9) Be Compatible With The Olympus Cv-190 Image Processor Owned By The Ordering Party, Without The Need To Purchase Additional Processors, Light Sources, Adapters, Converters Or Other Intermediary Devices.3. The Offered Video Colonoscopes Must Be Complete And Equipped With All Elements, Subassemblies, Cables, Valves, Accessories, Software And Other Components Necessary For Their Proper Startup, Operation And Use In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, Together With The Subject Of The Order, An Operating Manual In Polish, Technical Documentation And All Documents Required By Applicable Law.5. The Ordering Party Requires Training Of Medical And Technical Staff In The Field Of Operation, Operation And Basic Maintenance Of The Supplied Video Colonoscopes. The Training Will Be Conducted At The Place Of Use Of The Equipment At No Additional Cost To The Ordering Party.6. The Description Of The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Clearly Confirm The Fulfillment Of All Parameters Required By The Ordering Party. If Parameters Are Offered That Are Better Than The Minimum Required, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Them In The Technical Parameters Form.7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In This Swz And: 1) Annex No. 2 - Required Parameters, 2) Annex No. 3 - Draft Contract.
