Tenders Are Invited For Disposal Or Recovery Of Hazardous Waste From Households And Public Utility Facilities In The Second Half Of 2026

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation - On The Terms Described In The Contract To Be Concluded Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor, Swz And In The Contractors Offer - Of Waste Disposal With Codes 20 01 27* And 20 01 28 With A Total Approximate Amount Of Approx. 85 Mg In The D 10 Process Or Recovery In The R 1 Process. The Ordering Party Will Transfer The Waste To The Contractor With The Condition That This Waste Will Be Subjected Exclusively To The Above-Mentioned Disposal Or Recovery Processes. 2. Waste Mentioned Above. Will Be Delivered By The Ordering Party For Disposal Or Recovery To The Installation Indicated By The Contractor Or To A Temporary Storage Place, The Distance From The Ordering Partys Headquarters To The Place Of Delivery Of This Waste, Taking Into Account Logistic And Environmental Aspects, Cannot Be Greater Than 50 Km.3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Replacement Collective Containers (Mausers, Box Pallets, Etc.) For The Waste Delivered By Him.4. The Contractor Will Accept Waste Without Limits On The Number Of Transports, Their Weight On A Given Day And Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Contract (In Particular Paragraphs 2 And 3 Section 1)
