Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A Tractor With Equipment As Part Of The Project Titled: Implementation Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program 2025/2026

The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor With A Snow Plow And A Sand Spreader For Loose Materials, Intended To Perform Works Related To Winter Maintenance Of Roads Managed By The Ordering Party. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Have Ce Declarations Of Conformity Required By Law And Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Headquarters At The Contractors Expense And Risk. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: • Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, • Starting And Checking The Correct Operation Of The Delivered Equipment, • Providing The Operating Instructions And Technical Documentation In Polish, • Conducting Training For 2 Employees Of The District Office In The Operation, Operation And Principles Of Safe Use Of The Delivered Tractor With Accessories, With Confirmation Of The Training On The Day Of Receipt Or On Another Agreed Date, But No Later Than 14 Days From The Date Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order. The Training Time Cannot Be Shorter Than 3 Hours For Each Person. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Delivered Tractor For A Period Of Not Less Than 36 Months Or 2,000 Mth (Whichever Comes First), And For The Snow Plow And Sand Spreader For A Period Of Not Less Than 36 Months, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations.
