The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Power Generators For The Lubawa Municipality Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026, Hereinafter Also Referred To As Equipment Or Subject Of The Order1) Part 1 - Delivery Of 2 Stationary Power Generators With A Rated Power Of 40.00 Kw 1.1) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Minimum Technical Parameters Within The Scope Of The Order Was Included In Annex No. 4A To Swz.3. The Task Is Carried Out As A Purchase Of Civil Defense Equipment Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. 4. All Units Must: • Be Brand New And Unused, Fully Functional And Ready For Use, • Be Adapted To Work In Changing Weather Conditions, • Meet Applicable Quality And Safety Standards, • Have The Required Certificates And Operating Instructions In Polish, • Be Delivered With Full Technical Documentation And Manufacturers Warranty. 5. The Units Must Be Adapted To Work Outdoors And Resistant To Unfavorable Weather Conditions. The Generators Are To Provide An Independent Power Source For Critical Infrastructure And Must Meet High Requirements In Terms Of Reliability, Durability And Operational Safety.6. The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party About The Date Of Receipt Of The Delivery At Least 3 Days Before The Date Of Receipt Of The Units. 7. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor To The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party In The City Of Lubawa.8. Wherever The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier, Etc.) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In The Public Procurement Law (Hereinafter Referred To As The Act) Is Indicated, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equipment Or Equivalent Solutions, Provided That They Ensure The Achievement Of Technical Parameters That Are The Same Or Better Than Those Required By The Ordering Party In The Order Documentation. The Ordering Party Informs That In Such A Situation, The Provisions In Question Are Only Exemplary And Constitute An Indication For The Contractor What Features The Components Used To Implement The Subject Of The Order Should Have. The Ordering Party Allows Offering Equivalent Materials Or Devices. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features, As Well As Qualitative Ones (Including Dimensions, Composition, Material Used, Color, Shade, Purpose Of Materials And Devices, Aesthetics, Etc.) That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party.
