Each Delivery Must Be Confirmed With An Appropriate Document - In Particular: Delivery Note, Wz Certificate. Cpv: 15800000-6 Various Food Products; Cpv: 15850000-1 Pasta Products; Cpv: 15831000-2 Sugarthe Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Check Deliveries In An Independent Laboratory, At The Contractors Expense, To Check Whether The Content, Composition And Quality Of The Delivered Goods Comply With The Required Standards, In Particular With The Polish Standard. The Price Form (Appendix No. 2 - Part 1) Specifies The Quality Requirements Of The Products Constituting The Subject Of The Order, Referred To In Art. 246, Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. For Local Reasons, Pallet Deliveries Must Be Packed In The So-Called Half Pallets. The Contractor Will Deliver The Goods Successively From July 22, 2026.
