Tenders Are Invited For Transport And Pick-Up Of Disabled Children From The Skała Commune To Special Institutions In Kraków And Wolbrom, The Primary School In Minoga, With Care Provided During School Trips. 2026/2027

Part No. 1 - Transport And Pick-Up, Along With Providing Care For Disabled Students To Kindergartens, Special Schools And Educational Centers In Krakow. The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport Of Disabled Children To Kindergartens, Special Schools And Educational Centers And Their Return To Their Places Of Residence After Classes, As Well As The Provision Of Care During Transport On Days When Classes Are Conducted In The 2026/2027 School Year. The Contractor Will Provide The Transport Service In Part 1 For 13 Children, Including: A) 3 Routes, 3 Motor Vehicles - For 13 Children, To Non-Ferial Institutions (Locations Indicated In Annex No. 1 To Opz), On All School Days, In Accordance With The Calendar Of The 2026/2027 School Year, For 204 Days, Starting From September 1, 2026 To June 30, 2027. Transport Of Children Should Be Carried Out In A Vehicle Or Motor Vehicles Adapted To The Transport Of Disabled Persons And Adapted To The Number Of Children Transported On A Given Route. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Agree The Schedule And Method Of Picking Up Individual Children And Transporting Them To Classes, And Collecting Them After Classes And Transporting Them To Their Places Of Residence, In Consultation With The Principal Of A Given School And Parents/Guardians, Guided By The Weekly Lesson Plan, Taking Into Account The Following Conditions: 1) Each Child Should Be Brought To The Facility At Such A Time That It Is Possible For Them To Start Classes On Time And Be Picked Up After Their End Without Excessive Waiting; 2) The Time Spent By Children While Traveling Should Be As Short As Possible.
