The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation, Delivery And Distribution Of Full Meals (Breakfast, Two-Course Lunch, Dinner) To The Residents Of The Boarding House Managed By The Ordering Party In The Building Located In Wrocław, At Ul. Kamienna 86, For A Maximum Of 105 People Per Day (Post-Primary Youth), Staying On A Daily Basis At The Ordering Partys Facility2. The Average Number Of Meals Served (Over The Entire Duration Of The Order) Is 19,845. The Actual Number Of Meals Served Depends On The Attendance Of People On Particular Days. The Minimum Daily Number Of Nutritional Packages That The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Is 10 Sets.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Collection And Disposal Of Post-Consumer Waste From The Provision Of Catering Services And Post-Consumer Waste From The Statutory Activities Of The Ordering Party - Approximately 2.5 L Per Day. The Cost Of Transporting The Collection Of Food Leftovers Is Borne By The Contractor.4. The Detailed Scope And Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement - Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
