The Hus Corporation Is Requesting Offers For Registration And Stimulation Equipment Suitable For The Installation Of Pacemakers. In The Installation Of Pacemakers, Equipment Is Needed That Can Measure The Intracardiac Signal (Egm) And 12-Lead Ecg. The Equipment Must Also Be Able To Pace The Heart During The Procedure. A Good-Quality Signal And High Measurement Accuracy Are Essential So That Small Differences In The Pacing Thresholds Of The Lead Path And The Myocardium Can Be Registered. It Is Also Essential To Be Able To Register The Signals Of The Hearts Own Lead Path, Measure The Damage Current Of The Myocardium And The Resistance Of The Pacemaker Lead. The Equipment Is Used At Heart Stations In Operating Rooms Where Pacemakers Are Installed. Sometimes There Is A Need To Use The Equipment Elsewhere, Such As In The Hybrid Theater Of The Surgery Department. The Products Are Described In More Detail Below In The Request For Tenders. This Is A Total Procurement, I.E. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts. The Subject Of The Procurement Is A Device, A System Formed By Device-Related Consumables And A Maintenance Contract Intended For The Devices, Which Cannot Be Divided Into Parts. The Procurement Includes The Possibility To Enter Into A Maintenance Contract As An Option After The Warranty Period. During The Contract Period, Products Belonging To The Product Groups That Are The Subject Of The Contract, Which Are Not Identified In The Product Appendix (See The Procurement Contract), Can Also Be Purchased During The Contract Period, According To The Estimated Value Of The Purchase. Hus Will Select One (1) Supplier As A Contract Partner. The Equipment Contract Is Valid Until The Warranty Period For The Equipment Purchased Based On The Contract Has Expired And The Parties Have Fulfilled Their Contractual Obligations. The Procurement Also Includes Device-Related Consumables, For Which A Contract Will Be Concluded. The Contract Is Valid For A Fixed Period Of Two (2) Years, After Which It Is Valid Indefinitely.
