The Target Of The Repair Is A Four-Story Office Building Completed In The Late 1980S, Which Also Contains Apartments. The Exterior Walls Are Mainly Reinforced Concrete Elements; Partly There Are Also Wooden Frame Walls. Partitions Are Both Masonry/Concrete Structures And Light Wall Structures. Partitions Are Hollow Tiles. The Bottom Is Partly Ventilated And Partly Earth-Based. The Building Has Mechanical Intake-Exhaust Ventilation. This Repair Includes Partial Microbial Damage Repairs Of Building Parts, Mainly In The Basement Of The Building And On The 1St & 2Nd Floors. The Areas To Be Repaired Can Be Found In The Described Repair Work Description And In The Attached Plan Drawings And Research Reports. A Building Permit Has Been Requested From Lupapiste For The Work, But According To Their Notice, One Is Not Needed For This Contract. The Work Will Be Carried Out In A Populated Area. Summary Of The Main Measures: A Large-Scale Indoor Air Repair Project, The Focus Of Which Is The Repair Of Microbial Damage To The Subfloor, Exterior And Partition Walls, Sealing Of Structures, And Partial Renewal Of The Premises Surfaces And Wet Areas.
