The Hus Corporation Is Requesting Offers For A Laser Device Suitable For Laryngological Procedures. The Device Will Be Placed In The Surgical Hospital, Ear, Nose And Throat Surgery Unit. A Device Contract Will Be Signed For The Purchase Of The Device. The Device Contract Is Valid Until The Warranty Period Of The Device Purchased Based On The Contract Has Expired And The Parties Have Fulfilled Their Contractual Obligations. The Purchase Also Includes An Option For A Maintenance Contract For The Device After The Warranty Period. The Customer Decides On Entering Into A Maintenance Contract Separately. It Is A Total Procurement, I.E. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts. The Object Of The Procurement And The Requirements For It Are Described In Detail In The Tender Request And Its Appendices. Hus Selects One (1) Supplier As The Contract Partner.
