The Preservation/Safeguarding Of The Building In Its Current State (No Return To A Previous State, No Demolitions), Preservation Of The Materials And The Construction Method, Safeguarding Of The Different Archaeological Strata/Layers; The Sustainability/Stability Of The Interventions Proposed By Rehabilitating The Works According To The Current Situation And If Necessary, The Implementation Of Protections Or Specific Contemporary Improvements With A View To Creating Optimal Conditions For Preservation And Durability, While Respecting The Heritage Values ​​Of The Constituent Elements; Optimization Of Costs By Intervening On Priority Issues That Could Have An Impact On The Sustainability/Conservation Of The Works But Without Reconstituting Elements That Have Disappeared Or Have Only Purely Aesthetic Interest; The Guarantee Of Being Able To Use The Building According To Its Current Use And In An Optimal Manner. The Proposal Is Therefore Oriented Towards A “Restoration-Conservatory” In The Sense That We Seek To Restore The Structural And Functional Properties (Of A Work, Of The Materials) Necessary For The Sustainable/Perennial Conservation Of The Building. The Restoration Of The Structural And Functional Properties Of A Structure Or Materials Is Done Either By Replacement/Repair/Consolidation, Or By The Installation Of Protection.
