new Rjukan Treatment Plant, Joint Venture . Descriptiontinn Municipality Is In The Process Of Upgrading The Sewage Treatment Plants In The Municipality. Wastewater From The Towns Of Mårvik, Attrå And Austbygde Is Collected At A New Treatment Plant That Has Been Established In Mårvik. The Rjukan Treatment Plant Is To Be Renovated And A New Treatment Plant Will Be Built Next To The Existing One (Day Plant). Tinn Municipality Now Has A Total Of Three Treatment Plants. The Treatment Plant For Rjukan Is The Largest And Receives Waste Water From Rjukan Township, As Well As Leisure Facilities In The Gaustablikk Area. Purified Waste Water Is Discharged Into The Hydrotunnel, Which Is Led Down To Lake Tinnsjøen. Rjukan Ra Is A Mechanical/Chemical Treatment Plant Based On Post-Sedimentation. This Is A Mountain Facility Where The Cleaning Process Takes Place In Mountain Halls. Outside, There Is A Building That Houses Staff Rooms As Well As Sludge Dewatering And Unloading Into Containers. The Average Cleaning Effect For Total Phosphorus In 2024 Was 83.3%. Only 7 Out Of 12 Samples Are Assessed To Be Within The Cleaning Requirement Of 90%. We See From The Annual Report For Rjukan Ra That The Facility Is Unable To Satisfy The Requirement For Purification Results For Phosphorus In The Event Of Large Amounts Of Rainfall And Snowmelt. Purification Results For Chemical Oxygen Consumption (Cof) Have Been Complied With. Existing Facilities Have A Capacity Of 7,700 Pe. With Future Tourist Development And Population Growth, The New Treatment Plant Must Have A Capacity Of 17,200 Pe. With This As A Backdrop, It Is Also Required That A New Treatment Plant Must Have Secondary Treatment. In Addition, The State Administrator Has Issued An Order For 70% Nitrogen Removal With A Deadline Of 01.03.2029 And 80% Nitrogen Removal With A Deadline Of 31.12.2030. The Facility Is Planned To Be Established At Bruflot East Of The Center Of Rjukan. The Value Of The Acquisition Is Estimated At Nok 320,000,000 Ex. Vat The Value Is An Estimate And Is Not Binding On The Client. For Further Information, We Refer To The Procurement Documents. A Draft Of The Competition Basis Itself Is Attached To This Qualification Basis. The Client Reserves The Right To Make Minor, Non-Significant Changes To This Basis Before Suppliers Are Invited To Make Offers. The Client Reserves The Right To Cancel The Competition, Including In Connection With Budgetary Coverage And Political Approval. The Duty To Require An Apprentice Is Considered To Apply To This Procurement, Cf. § 7 Of The Procurement Act. See The Attached Seriousness Provisions For More Information.
