The Social Insurance Board (Ska) Wants To Order An Analysis, The Purpose Of Which Is To Assess The Feasibility Of Checking And Monitoring The Disclosed Maintenance Costs (Maintenance Costs, Shs § 221 (2)) Of Providers Of 24/7 General Care Services Provided Outside The Home. As Part Of The Analysis, It Will Be Determined Whether And To What Extent The Prerequisites For Methodical Control And Supervision Of Maintenance Costs Have Been Created On The Basis Of Existing Data, Data Availability And The Current Legal Framework, Including In Order To Assess The Justification, Verifiability And Compliance Of The Amounts Published By Service Providers As Maintenance Costs With The Current Legal Regulation.
