The Subject Of The Award Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor To Provide Insurance Services To The Cu And The Territorial Divisions Of The South Central State Enterprise - Smolyan, Located In The Territory Of The Smolyan Region, For The Conclusion Of Mandatory Civil Liability Insurance For Motor Vehicles Managed By Yucdp - Smolyan, Incl. Voluntary Accident Insurance For The Persons/Places In The Motor Vehicle And Motor Vehicle Comprehensive Insurance For A Period Of 24 Months. The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Ensure The Need To Provide Insurance Protection On The Property Interests Of The Contracting Authority, By Assuming The Risk Of The Occurrence Of Insurance Events, Through The Provision Of Insurance Services. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Procurement Will Be Realized, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are According To The Draft Contract, The Technical And Price Proposal - Annexes To This Documentation. The Subject Scope Of This Public Procurement Does Not Include Separate Items. The Subject Of The Order Falls Into One Group Of Services According To The Common Vocabulary Of Terms (Cpv) And Does Not Include Heterogeneous Activities, Therefore It Is Not Appropriate To Divide It Into Separate Items. The Contracting Authority Chooses One Insurer, And The Participants Can Submit One Offer For Participation. According To The Subject Of The Order, The Participants Must Meet The Requirements Of Art. 29, Paragraph 1, Item 2 Of The Insurance Code And To Have A License For The Insurance Classes Specified In The Order, According To Section Ii Of Annex No. 1 (General Insurance).
