The Contracting Authority For This Contract Is The Mayor Of The Municipality Of Bratsigovo, With Administrative Address Bratsigovo, Po Box 4579, Atanas Kabov St. No. 6 A., Who Is A Public Contracting Authority On The Basis Of Art. 5, Para. 2, Item 9 Of The Public Procurement Act And Makes A Decision Approving The Announcement And Documentation For Conducting A Public Procurement For The Supply Of Food Products. The Present Instructions For Participation In The Public Procurement Have Been Developed And Are Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation Pursuant To Art. 31, Para. 1 And Para. 3 Of The Zop. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery Of Food Products For The Needs Of Home Social Patronage, Day Center For Adults With Disabilities, Complex For Social Services For Children And Families And Project Bg05sfpr003-1.001 - 0108 - C06 - Providing A Hot Lunch On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Bratsigovo By Separate Positions, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1 Delivery Of Milk, Dairy Products And Eggs Separate Item No. 2 Delivery Of Sugar Products Participants In This Public Procurement May Submit Bids For One, Several Or All Specific Positions Subject To This Public Procurement. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variants Of The Offers. The Term Of Execution Of The Order Is Until 31.05.2027. The Period Of Validity Of The Offers Is 6 /Six/ Months, Counted From The Date On Which The Deadline For Their Submission Expires. If Necessary, The Contracting Authority May Require The Participants To Extend The Validity Period Of Their Offers Until The Conclusion Of A Contract. The Subject Of The Public Order Includes The Supply Of Food Products For The Needs Of The Following Consumers: - Home Social Patronage /Dsp/ At The Address Of The City Of Bratsigovo, Treti Mart Blvd. No. 35; - Day Care Center For Adults With Disabilities /Dcplu/ At Bratsigovo, 35 Treti Mart Blvd.; - Complex For Social Services For Children And Families /Ksuds/ At The Address: Bratsigovo, Treti March Blvd. No. 57; - The Users Of The Service Under Project Bg05sfpr003-1.001 – 0108 - C06 – Provision Of A Hot Lunch On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Bratsigovo - At The Address Of The City Of Bratsigovo, Treti Mart Blvd. No. 35; Deliveries Are Made On Schedule In Accordance With Previously Submitted Requests From Users, To Their Warehouses At The Specified Addresses. Requests Are Prepared By The Designated Officials For The Above-Mentioned Users. The Deliveries Of The Food Products Are Made On Working Days, And The Days And Times Of Delivery Are Specified In The Technical Proposal And The Contract - Project For The Execution Of The Order. The Minimum Requirement Of The Contracting Authority For The Frequency Of Deliveries, By Individual Items, Should Be As Follows: The Minimum Requirement Of The Contracting Authority For The Frequency Of Deliveries, For The Specific Items, Is As Follows:  Op No. 1 Delivery Of Milk, Dairy Products And Eggs - Minimum Two Days A Week  Op No. 2 Delivery Of Sugar Products - Upon Request From The Relevant Establishment.
