Pursuant To Appendix No. 1 Of Regulation No. H-1 Of July 23, 2024 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products, The Minimum Mandatory Environmental Requirements For The Supply Of Food Relating To Organic Food Products Are Specified As The Subject Of The Public Procurement. The Contracting Authority Applies This Requirement To Food And Beverage Supplies As Follows: - In 2026 For No Less Than 4% Of The Total Quantity Of Food And Beverage Supplies From Each Of The Groups Listed In The List Of Organic Food Products; - In 2027 For Not Less Than 5% Of The Total Amount Of Food And Beverage Supplies From Each Of The Groups Listed In The List Of Organic Food Products; The Specified Quantities Of Organic Food Products Delivered May Be Provided By One Or More Of The Types Of Products Included In The List Of Organic Food Products For Each Individual Group.
