The Purpose Of The Order Is To Ensure The Performance Of Preventive Medical Examinations And Examinations Of Employees In The Administration Of The Prosecutor General (Agp), The Supreme Cassation Prosecutors Office (Scp), The National Investigation Service (Nsi), The European Delegated Prosecutors (Edp) And The Administration Of The European Delegated Prosecutors (Aedp). The Types Of Preventive Examinations And Clinical-Laboratory Tests That Should Be Performed By The Contractor Are The Following: Medical Examinations 1. Examination By A Therapist With An Ecg Examination - Taking An Anamnesis And General Health Status, Performing And Reading An Electrocardiogram, Measuring Blood Pressure And Pulse. For Prevention And Early Diagnosis Of Socially Significant Cardiovascular, Pulmonary, Endocrine-Metabolic And Internal Diseases; – 650 Persons; 2. Examination By An Ophthalmologist With Examination Of Visual Acuity And Refraction And Color Perception To Register Diseases Of The Eye And Its Appendages And Deviations In Visual Acuity And Color Vision. If Necessary - Issuing A Prescription For Glasses - 563 Persons; Clinical Laboratory Research Pcc /Complete Blood Count/ And Blood Sugar, Urine - Ph, Protein, Glucose, Acetone, Bilirubin, Urobilinogen - 650 Persons. The Indicated Number Of Persons Are Approximate And May Be Adjusted During The Execution Of The Order Up To The Amount Of The Contract Value. Preventive Medical Examinations Are Carried Out For All Employees According To A Roster (Named List) And A Plan - Schedule Approved By The Contracting Authority. Time And Place Of Performance. Within A Period Of Up To 5 (Five) Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Coordinate With The Employer A Schedule For Carrying Out The Inspections, Subject Of The Concluded Contract. The Term For The Execution Of The Contract Is Up To 40 (Forty) Days, Counted From The Date Of Agreement Of The Schedule With The Contracting Authority. Place Of Performance: The Preventive Medical Examinations Of The Workers In Agp, Vkp, Nsls, Edp And Aedp Are Carried Out In Medical Facilities Located On The Territory Of The City Of Sofia, And The Collection Of Blood Samples For Testing Will Be Carried Out At An Address Specified By The Contracting Authority, In The City Of Sofia, And The Costs Of Collection And Transportation To The Laboratories Are At The Expense Of The Contractor.
