The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Delivery By Purchase Of Inverter Air Conditioners With Specified Minimum Technical Parameters And Technical Requirements, Dismantling Of The Old Air Conditioners (When Applicable) And Installation Of The New Ones, As Well As Their Warranty Maintenance. The Offered Inverter Air Conditioners Must Be New And Unused, Meet All Standards In The Republic Of Bulgaria, Including In Terms Of Technical Operation, Fire Safety, Safety Standards And Connection To The Electrical Network. The Delivered Air Conditioners Must Be In Original Packaging With Intact Integrity And Accompanied By The Following Documents Upon Delivery: Warranty Card From The Manufacturer, Instructions For Use In Bulgarian, Energy Efficiency Label, Product Information Sheet/Energy Sheet, Acceptance-Transmission Protocol. The Energy Class Of The Supplied Air Conditioners Must Correspond To The Climate In The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor To Deliver 27 Pcs. Inverter Air Conditioners In Accordance With The Characteristics Laid Down In The Technical Specification For The Needs Of Harmanli Municipality. Deadline For Order Fulfillment: The Delivery And Installation Of The Air Conditioners Should Be Carried Out Within 30 (Thirty) Working Days After The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For The Award Of The Order, According To The Technical Proposal For The Execution Of The Order Of The Contractor. The Contractor Should Deliver And Install 27 Air Conditioners As Follows: Climate Inverter System, Namely: -12000 Btu- 19 Pieces -18000 Btu - 3 Pieces -24000 Btu - 1 Piece -24000 Btu - 3 Units -60000 Btu - 1 Piece The Total Estimated Value Of The Order For The Supply And Installation Of 27 Units Of Air Conditioners Is 31,000.00 Euros (Thirty-One Thousand Euros) Without Vat Or 37,200.00 Euros (Thirty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Euros) With Vat Included. A Technical Specification Has Been Prepared, To Which The Participants Must Comply.
