The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes: Repair, Electrical Services, Prevention, Diagnostics, Delivery Of Spare Parts, Exchange Or Replacement Of Defective Parts, Consumables And Out-Of-Warranty Maintenance Of The Gasoline Engine Saws And Wood Splitting Machine And Others, Which Are Available To The Hunting Farm Specified In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 Of This Documentation. The Specified Types Of Spare Parts And Consumables In The Technical Specification Are Not Exhaustively Listed, And The Participant Selected As A Contractor Undertakes To Replace Or Replace, If Necessary, Other Items Besides Those Listed In The Technical Specification To The Order, As The Price Of The Same Will Be Formed On The Basis Of The Price List Of The Participant In Effect At The Time Of Delivery, With The Application Of A Commercial Discount Percentage Specified By The Participant In His Price Proposal (Appendix No. 3). The Indication Of A Commercial Discount Percentage In The Participants Price Proposal Is Mandatory And Remains Unchanged For The Entire Contract Period!
