Tenders Are Invited For Preparation And Provision Of Ready Food To Needy, Vulnerable Citizens Living In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Kaloyanovo, In Implementation Of Operation Bg05sfpr003-1.001 - Hot Lunch Under The Food And Basic Material Program Support 2021-2027

The Subject Of The Order Covers The Activities Of Preparation And Delivery Of A Hot Lunch To Vulnerable Groups Of Persons In The Territory Of Kaloyanovo Municipality, Which Are A Major Part Of The Implementation Of The Project, Financed Under The Program For Food And Basic Material Support 2021 - 2027, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus. Within The Current Program Period 2021-2027 Under Operation No. Bg05sfpr003-1.001 Hot Lunch Will Be Provided Every Working Day To Individuals And Families Who Are Basically Unable To Meet Their Basic Life Needs And For Whom A Need For Daily Additional Support Has Been Established, Or Due To The Presence Of A Disability Or Health Limitations, They Have Difficulty Or Are Unable To Provide Self-Service By Themselves Or With The Help Of Their Relatives. The Hot Lunch Includes: Freshly Prepared Hot Food In The Form Of Soup - A Minimum Of 250 Grams, A Main Course - A Minimum Of 300 Grams (At Least One Of Which Is Meat), Bread - A Minimum Of 150 Grams And At Least Once A Week A Dessert - A Minimum Of 150 Grams. The Food Will Be Prepared In Accordance With The Requirements Of National Legislation And Providing A Varied Weekly Menu To Ensure A Balanced Diet, In Compliance With Food Safety Requirements And National Standards And Norms Of Target Groups Up To 140 Persons Living In The Territory Of Kaloyanovo Municipality. The Contracting Authority Is Responsible For The Selection Of The Specific Users Of The Project. When Preparing And Providing Food, The Applicant Should Apply Mechanisms That Take Into Account Climatic And Ecological Aspects, As Well As To Reduce Food Waste And Limit The Use Of Plastic Packaging And Single-Use Items
