Within The Framework Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide Ongoing Consulting And Methodical Assistance To The Employer And Its Employees In The Following Key Areas: 1. Support Of The Team Of The Burgas - 2032 Foundation And The Municipality Of Burgas In The Process Of Preparing Burgas Candidacy For The European Capital Of Culture. Expected Products/Results Of The Joint Activity In Key Area 1: - Prepared A Work Schedule For The Preparation Of The First Application Book For Burgas Candidacy For The Esc; - First Application Book Developed, Including Artistic Program, Investment Program, General Budget, Performance Monitoring System And Marketing And Communication Strategies; - Developed A Concept And Format For The Presentation Of Burgas Candidacy For The Esc. 2. Assistance In The Development And Management Of An Artistic Program For The Candidacy Of Burgas For The European Capital Of Culture. Expected Products/Results Of The Joint Activity In Key Area 2: - Developed An Artistic Program For The Candidacy Of Burgas For The Esc, Incl. Message, Objectives, Clusters Of Projects And Initiatives, Project Management And Control System. - Held At Least One Open Procedure For Recruiting Project Ideas For The Eck Application And Other Participatory Formats For Planning And Structuring The Artistic Program. 3. Support For The Development Of The Capacity Of The Structure For Managing The Candidacy Of Burgas For The European Capital Of Culture (Burgas Foundation - 2032). Expected Products/Results Of The Joint Activity In Key Area 3: - Held Meetings And Consultations Of The Team Of The Contracting Authority And The Burgas - 2032 Foundation. 4. Support For The Implementation Of The Communication Strategy Of Burgas Candidacy For The European Capital Of Culture. Expected Products/Results Of The Joint Activity In Key Area 4: - Developed And Implemented A Communication Strategy For Popularizing The Candidacy Of Burgas For The Esc; - Effective Tools To Communicate The Key Messages Of The Application At Different Levels - Local Communities, Partners And International Audiences. When Implementing The Subject Of The Public Procurement, The Contractor Should Provide Full, Timely And Ongoing Consulting And Methodological Assistance To The Contracting Authority And Its Employees In Each Of The Above-Mentioned Areas For Compliance With The Requirements Of The European Commission For The Cities Selected As Capitals Of Culture, The Recommendations Of The Jury And The Monitoring Commission.
