The Barros Luco Trudeau Hospital, Is Located At Gran Avenida No. 3204, Commune Of San Miguel, Is Made Up Of Two Institutions, Namely, The Barros Luco Trudeau Hospital And The Cdt Diagnosis And Treatment Center, Fulfilling Care Functions Of Varying Complexity, Which Are Primarily Of An Outpatient And Inpatient Nature, Also Developing, Among Other Activities, Those Of Surgical Pavilions, Critical Patients Unit, Emergency Unit, Administrative And Of Feeding. According To The Needs Of The Establishment, It Is Necessary To Commission A Design, Through The Purchase Of Services For The Technical Specifications And Complete Engineering Planimetry, To Allow The Hospital To Tender The Architectural And Engineering Design For The Construction And Enablement Of The Administrative Area In Hospital Barros Luco Trudeau, Considering That The Existing Facilities Do Not Meet The Functional And Technical Conditions Currently Required. The Consultancy Will Be Framed In The Conceptual Guidelines Defined By The Technical Unit To Design These New Dependencies, To Whom The Consultant Must Propose And Request, In A Timely And Adequate Manner, All Clarification Regarding The Base Architecture And Engineering, Type Of Technology And Energy Efficiency To Be Incorporated In The Final Design.
