The Solution Must Allow Users To Autonomously, Efficiently And Securely Access The Booking And Management Of Their Appointments, Facilitating The Administration Of Clinical Agendas, The Confirmation And Automated Reminder Of Care, The Reduction Of No-Shows And The Optimization Of The Use Of Available Healthcare Resources. Likewise, The Platform Must Interoperate With The Rayen System, Allowing The Consultation, Updating And Synchronization Of Information Related To Patients, Agendas, Professionals And Medical Appointments, Ensuring The Operational Continuity Of The Service, The Integrity Of The Information And Compliance With Current Regulations Regarding Data Protection And Clinical Records.
