Provision Of A Medical Service Specialized In Ultrasonography To Care Patients In Primary Health Care, To Be Provided At Least Twice A Month, To Carry Out Various Ultrasound Exams, With A Minimum Of 30 (Thirty) Exams Performed In Each Visit, Totaling A Minimum Monthly Quantity Of 60 (Sixty) Exams., Provision Of A Medical Service Specialized In Pediatrics, On A Consultation Basis, To Provide Care To Users Of The Unified Health System (Sus), To Be Carried Out Once A Week At The Dr. Ênio Luiz De Almeida Sousa Municipal Hospital And/Or In An Esf/Psf Unit Indicated By The Municipal Health Department, Covering Pediatric Care In Primary Health Care. Newborns From Monday To Friday, On Call, As Well As Working As Technical Manager Of The Maternity Ward At The Dr. Ênio Luiz De Almeida Sousa Municipal Hospital.
