Hiring A Specialized Company To Provision Private Security Services Duly Regularized By The Federal Police And Appropriate Within The New Ordinance Dg/Pf 18.045 Of April 17, 2023 And Amended By Ordinance Gf/Pf:18.974 Of May 7, 2024 With The Implementation Of The Private Security Statute In Brazil Where The Company Provides Trained Employees At Events Social Persons Being Holders Of The Due (Cnv) National Security Card, During The Carrying Out Of Sporting And Festive Events Promoted By The Municipality, Including The Bom De Bola School Games, The Jorinp – Regional Games For The Elderly, The Expo Mairinck Fest (Rodeo) And The End Of Year Festivities With Presentations And Shows Held In The Public Square. Professionals Must Work On Organization, Access Control, Public Guidance, Maintenance Of Order And Safety Of Participants, As Well As Providing Support To The Organizing Team Whenever Necessary. Among The Responsibilities Are The Control And Organization Of Public Entry And Exit, Carrying Out A Personal Search When Necessary, With The Presence Of Female Security Guards Being Mandatory To Carry Out A Search Of Women, Support In The Organization Of Competition Spaces And Events, Monitoring And Care For Athletes Accommodation, Competition Venues And Areas Intended For The Public, In Addition To Preventive Action To Avoid Conflicts And Guarantee The Safety Of Participants, Athletes, Technical Teams And The General Public. Professionals Must Also Provide Support To The Coordination Of The Event Whenever Requested, Aiming To Maintain Order And The Smooth Running Of Activities. The Team Must Be Composed Of Duly Qualified And Uniformed Professionals, Ensuring Easy Identification Throughout The Execution Of The Services. Events May Last Between 4 (Four) And 8 (Eight) Hours, Depending On The Schedule And Demand Of Each Activity. The Contracted Company Will Be Responsible For All Expenses Related To Professionals, Including Uniforms, Food (Snacks)
