The Winning Company Should Be Able To Align Itself With The Menu Of The Day, As Long As It Meets The Specifications. The Salad Must Be Delivered In A Separate Salad Bowl From The Rest Of The Hot Food, With 850 Grams Of Hot Food In The Marmitex And 180 Grams Of Cold Food In The Salad Bowl. Sturdy Cutlery And Sachet Salt Must Be Provided. Supply Must Occur Every Day Of The Week, Including Weekends And Holidays, As Required By The City Hall.
