General Services - Surveillance/Monitoringspecification: The Provision Of The Alarm Center Monitoring Service At The Location Pre-Defined By The City Council, Must Be Carried Out By A Monitoring Center Via The Internet On The Contractors Premises, And It Is Their Responsibility To Supply The Necessary Software And Hardware For Full Monitoring Of The Alarm Center By The Council. The Contractor Must Provide Maintenance Services On All Equipment, Circuits And Connections, Electrical Installations, Necessary For The Full Functioning Of The Alarm Center Installed In The City Hall. The Contractor Must Control Activation And Deactivation Access (Arming/Disarming) Of The Alarm Center At The City Council Headquarters Through The Monitoring Register, Using Passwords Which Must Be Requested By The Legislative Management, And It Must Maintain These Passwords In Accordance With Managements Requests, Via E-Mail, Telephone Or Electronic Messenger. Access, Equipment And Data Circuits Used Must Be Dedicated And Exclusive For Monitoring Use. Remote Access Will Be Provided To The Contractor In The Alarm Center By Legislative Management Through Firewall Rules. The Company Must Provide Support And Service 24 (Twenty-Four) Hours, 7 (Seven) Days A Week. Support For Support Via A 24-Hour Central Service Has A Service Level Agreement (Sla) And A Response Time Of Up To 30 (Thirty) Minutes. To Meet The Deadline For Emergency Assistance, No More Than 4 (Four) Hours And An Emergency Of 2 (Two) Hours, To Attend The Location Where The Services Are Provided. A Monthly Periodic Inspection Visit Must Be Carried Out At The Location To Be Monitored By The Contractor, Checking That All Sensors And The Alarm Center Are In Full Working Order. The Inspection Visit Service Includes The Movement Of The Contractor Or People Hired By It, To The Place Of Provision Of Services, Whenever The Monitoring Center Indicates That The Wing Has Been Fired
