Expression of Interest for Bolivia Solar Energy Project: E&S Consultant. Description: This advisory service is part of the structuring and implementation of solar energy auction program to select IPP (Independent Power Producer) using a PPP (Public-Private- Partnership) arrangement in the renewable energy sector in Bolivia, for which IFC is being considered to be hired as the lead transaction advisor to the client. The total solar generation expected capacity to be tendered is between 300-600 MW. As part of the scope of work IFC is looking to hire an Environmental & Social consultant with experience in renewable energy/ solar sector to support project execution covering the main objectives from this assignment are, including but no limited to: - E&S assessment of the solar power plant according with the IFC Performance Standards and local E&S framework - Generate E&S Capex/Opex estimations - Prepare technical annexes of the PPP agreement if applicable.
