Quotation are invited for Design, Development, Implementation and Maintenance of an Official Website for the Department of Textile Industry. Interested bidders may collect the bid documents from the office of Department of Textile Industry during office hours (8.30 AM to 3:00 PM) from 10.06.2026 by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs.3,000.00 in cash to the department shroff. A bid bond of Rs.30,000.00 must be submitted with the bid. All bids must be valid for 60 days from the date of closing of bids and bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Rs.30,000/= issued by any commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka in a format approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Otherwise, bids should be submitted along with the receipt of payment of the prescribed amount for bid security in cash to the Shroff of the Department. The bid security form is given at Annexure III VI of the document containing the bid documents. Bid security must be valid for 90 days from the date of bid closing.
