Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of the Basement Area in Jidhafs Mosque Tender Type: Public Tender Tender Description: The project involves the rehabilitation of the basement area of the Jidhafs Mosque, including the construction of a prayer hall, classrooms, and storage rooms. Construction work includes site preparation, excavation, backfilling, concrete pouring, and wall openings. Electrical work encompasses the installation of electrical outlets, lamps, switches, and all necessary wiring, as well as the supply and installation of lighting fixtures. Air conditioning work includes the supply and installation of central air conditioning units and related wiring. Plumbing work includes water supply and drainage for central air conditioning units. Interior finishing work includes the supply and installation of ceramic tiles, gypsum ceiling work, installation of gypsum partitions with sound insulation, painting, aluminum work, and woodwork, including the installation of wooden doors. Fire alarm systems and all related equipment are also included.
