Tenders are invited for Supply of Spares for Bapco Upstream Turnaround and Inspection Tender Type: Public Tender Tender Description: Bapco Upstream invites suppliers to provide piping materials, fittings, fasteners, and consumables for Turnaround and Inspection activities. The scope includes weld neck flanges Class 1501500 per ASTM A105, ASTM A694, and ASME B16.5, and butt-weld fittings such as tees and 45 degree long-radius elbows manufactured from ASTM A694 Gr. F52 and ASTM A860 Gr. WPHY 65, suitable for high-pressure and gas transmission services. NACE compliance is required where applicable for sour service conditions. The tender also covers fasteners stud bolts, hex bolts, U-bolts, nuts, washers in carbon steel, alloy steel, SS316L, and aluminum, meeting ASTM, ANSI, and NACE MR 0175 ISO 15156 standards with required coatings and QAQC. Additional items include Viton O-rings, neoprene NBR gaskets, ASTM A36 steel plates, and consumables such as wire brushes, nitrile gloves, lubricants, and paint markers. All materials must meet strict quality, certification, and traceability requirements.
