The imaging systems are mounted/integrated on the Optical Bench by UKATC after delivery by the Contractor.Due to schedule constraints on the LISA P/L development, the Agency has decided to support the Optical Bench Assembly Team, in charge of the optical design, the development, and the procurement of the imaging systems, by taking responsibility for the procurement of the relevant Engineering Models (EMs), Qualification Models (QMs) and the Flight Models (FMs) of such Imaging Systems.
