Workers House Peklo - Rehabilitation Of The Social Hall. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Building Modifications And Extension Of Part Of The Premises Of Dělnické Dom Peklo, Including The Building Of A Large Hall, Adjoining Cloakroom Facilities, Staircase And Entrance Hall. The Complex Of Buildings Was Gradually Built In The Place Of A Significant Terrain Break. It Contains Two Underground, One Above-Ground Floor And An Attic. The Land Of The Complex Is Bounded By Jízdecká, Tyršova, Pobřežní Streets And Practically Reaches To The General Patton Bridge. These Are Park Plots. Nos. 10265, 10266, 10267, 10268, 9393/1, 10563/31, 10563/4, 10563/8 And 5265/28 In C.Ú. Pilsen. In Terms Of Transport, The Building Is Connected To Roads In Pobřežní Street And Jízdecká Street. The Part Of The Building In Question Is Part Of The Dělnický Dům Peklo Complex, Which Is Registered As A Cultural Monument, Official Registration Number Úskp 47588/4-205. The Performance Of The Public Order Also Includes The Execution Of An Additional Building-Historical Survey And A Comprehensive Restoration Survey. Elements And Constructions Determined By The Architectural Historical Survey As Valuable Will Be Dismantled In A Professional Manner With Maximum Care, Then Refurbished And Deposited. After Erecting The Scaffolding, Professional Restoration Surveys Of The Solved Plasters, Solved Stone Elements, Etc. Will Be Gradually Carried Out.
