The Subject Of The Delivery Is The Supply Of 1 Piece Of Automated Welding Equipment Including Welding And Handling Robots For The Company Dmt Jelinek S.R.O. Without The Possibility Of Partial Fulfillment. The Delivery Of Technology Means The Delivery Of All Required Equipment Elements, Including The Installation Of The Technology Itself. Transportation Of The Technology To Its Destination, Installation Or Assembly, Its Involvement, Including All Possible Assembly Work Necessary For The Proper Completion Of The Delivery, And Further All Activities Related To The Delivery, Including Personnel Training. • The Supplier Must Guarantee Warranty Service Support. • The Supplier Must Provide Training Related To The Operation Of The Technology. • The Delivery Includes The Creation Of A 3D Structural Design Of The Complete Device. • The Supplier Must Have Experience At Least 3 Times With A Reference Implementation Of A Similar Type (The Supplier Confirms By Filling In The Čp In Appendix No. 5) The Supplied Equipment Must Be Delivered As New, Unused, First-Class Quality, Packed In Original Packaging. As Part Of The Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Selected Supplier Will Be Obliged To Carry Out And Include In The Bid Price All Other Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Contract. If Specific Trade Names Are Mentioned In The Tender Documentation Or Their Annexes, It Is Only A Matter Of Defining The Required Standard And The Contracting Authority Also Allows Other Technically And Qualitatively Comparable Solutions. The Technical Specification Of The Required Technology Is Given In Appendix No. 2 Of This Call For Tenders Documentation. For The Specification Of Parameter No. 24 (Cycle Time) In Annex No. 2 Of The Technical Specification, The Drawing Documentation Of The Reference Part Is Part Of The Annexes – Annex No. 6 (Type A) And Annex No. 7 (Type B). The Client Undertakes To Hand Over The Relevant Premises, Which Are To Be The Place Of Operation Of The Equipment, In A Condition Suitable For Putting The Equipment Into Operation. The Contracting Authority Shall Provide The Seller With The Cooperation Necessary To Put The Equipment Into Operation.
