The New Building Will Be Used For The Teaching Of 1St Grade Elementary School Students, The Operation Of The School Club, Pedagogical Facilities, Multi-Purpose Space And Related Technical And Hygienic Facilities. The Subject Of Public Procurement Is Defined In Detail By Project Documentation, Technical Specifications And Lists Of Supplies, Services And Construction Works. The Contracting Authority Informs That It Is Obliged To Submit The Result Of The Procurement Procedure To The Council For Approval. In The Event That The Council Does Not Approve The Result Of The Procurement Procedure, The Contracting Authority Will Be Forced To Cancel The Procurement Procedure Due To The Absence Of The Consent Of The Council, Which Is Necessary For The Conclusion Of The Contract
