The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Comprehensive Supervision Of The Implementation Of The Construction Of The Replacement Of Road Ii/137 In Section I/3 - Slapy And Křižovatka - Repositioning Of Road Ii/137 - Slapy (Hereinafter Referred To As The Construction) To The Extent Determined By The Contracting Authority, Which Primarily Includes:  Performance Of The Activities Of The Leader Of The Contractors Implementation Team,  Performance Of The Activities Of Technical Supervision Of The Builder (Investor) Over The Implementation Of The Construction In The Sense Of § 161 Paragraph 2 Of Act No. 283/2021 Coll. On Spatial Planning And Building Regulations (Building Act), As Amended,  The Performance Of The Activities Of The Safety And Health Protection Coordinator At Work On The Construction Site In The Sense Of § 14 Of Act No. 309/2006 Coll., Which Regulates Other Requirements For Safety And Health Protection At Work In Labor Relations And On Ensuring Safety And Health Protection In Activities Or The Provision Of Services Outside Labor Relations (Act On Ensuring Other Conditions Of Safety And Health Protection At Work), As Amended,  Performance Of Geotechnical Activities,  Performance Of Ecological Supervision Activities In Accordance With Act No. 114/1992 Coll., On Nature And Landscape Protection, As Amended, And  Performance Of Surveyor Activities According To Act No. 200/1994 Coll., On Land Surveying And On The Amendment And Addition Of Certain Laws Related To Its Introduction, As Amended. The Object Of The Construction Will Be The Construction Of Přeložka Silnice Ii/137 In The Section I/3 - Slapy And Křižovatka - Reložka Silnice Ii/137 - Slapy, While The Estimated Value Of The Public Contract, The Subject Of Which Will Be The Selection Of The General Contractor For The Construction, Is Czk 1,089,053,013.57 Excluding Vat. The South Bohemian Region And The City Of Tábor Will Be The Investor In The Construction.
